How do I return or exchange an item? – Our Guarantee.
We offer a free replacement warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your item is defective or doesn’t match the description, just contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.
If you received the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll either send the correct item or issue a full refund.
For defective or faulty items, please email us at gentlycherish@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Where do you ship from?
We primarily ship from fulfillment centers located in Eastern Asia, Europe, and the United States. If your item is out of stock at the nearest center, it will be shipped directly from our production facility — with the same delivery times as listed in our shipping section.
All products are carefully packaged by our experienced team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, no matter the distance.
